Is Direct Database Access Possible via Oracle Procurement Agents

Summary:

We are currently implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement and using Oracle Agents to fetch requisition details. From what I understand, these agents retrieve data via APIs and view objects. Is there any supported method to fetch requisition data directly from the database, or is this not feasible due to Fusion Cloud architecture? Also, does Oracle have any roadmap plans to enable direct DB access or more flexible data extraction options?

Additionally, we’re looking to implement analytics for the following business cases:

  • What is the average cycle time from requisition submission to PO creation?
  • Which POs are stuck in approval and for how long?
