First Responder wins for approval groups within Consencus Participant

Summary:

So lets say we have 4 req lines and each has a different cost centre requiring approval from different approval groups.

There are 5 participants in each approval group.

Requirement: We want ALL 4 approval groups to approve the Req.

BUT we want the ability for just ONE responder to be able to approve for whole group (first responder wins). So in effect - a first responder wins for the approval groups but ALL groups must approve.

Can we do this.

Line 1 = Approval Needed by Approval Group CC1, Line 2 by CC2 group, Line 3 by CC3 group, Line 4 by CC4 group.

Approvers from all 4 groups need to approve. But we want just one approver from each group to be able approve
