ADF Error when trying to edit address region in convert pending worker page

in Human Capital Management

We are getting error "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #20" when clicking on edit button address region in convert pending worker page.

This error started after we activated contact info page in redwood. But now even deactivating the profile option, this error message persists.

Did anyone has gone throug a similar issue?
