Issue Hiding Context Value Field in Goals Plan Form

Hello Teams,

I am facing an issue when editing or creating a Goals Plan.
On the form, there is a Context Value dropdown field that we would like to hide using VBS, but it is not working.

I have already configured the Descriptive FlexField code HRG_GOAL_PLANS_B and deployed it.
When I edit the page in VBS under Configure and Region, I can see the DFF context value. However, when I set it to Hidden and preview, the field is still visible.

Is there any solution to resolve this?

Note: I have already tried several CCCs, but none of them worked.
