Requisition PDF not getting updated

in Self Service Procurement

We created a procurement requisition. We checked the Field urgent as 'Yes' at first. Then we submittd the requisition. When the requisition is in 'Pending Approval' Status, we clicked on view PDF it was showing correct Urgent status.

Later we have withdrawn the requisition and made the Urgent field as 'No' and clicked on submit. The requisition goes to 'Pending Approval' again. But in the View PDF, the changes are not reflecting immediately.

Backend tables have the correct data, but not the PDF
