Hi, by way of introduction i share product management responsibilities for Analytics with Eric Pouliot.

I'm looking for customers interested in providing feedback/input on the use of Analytics for Performance Management. We're in the (ongoing) process of adding new content to the Talent Universe along with a core set of pre-built visualizations. In return for a demo of the new capabilities and an opportunity to potentially influence what we do next, I'd like to know whether your organization is currently doing stuff like this (and if so how), if you are thinking about doing stuff like this (and don't know where to start) or if this is completely off the chart (pardon the pun).
