Close Scheduled in the spreadsheet

Summary:

We have a business requirement to perform the batch update for the PO status to Finally Closed.

When we verified , we have this option using the task: Close Scheduled in the spreadsheet.

 But the issue that we are having is that when we create the file, we do not have the option to filter the  Purchase Orders which are in close status. So that we can Finally close only the PO which are in closed status.

 We do not want to finally close the PO schedules whose PO is still in Open status. Can you let us know what should be our approach.
