Should Lock Status in Backlog Management be maintained for a sales order through replanning?

I have read that I can set the Lock Status on an order line in backlog and it will maintain as locked while running a plan, and still show as locked after the plan runs. I am not seeing this occur, when I lock a sale order line, run the plan and review the Backlog Analysis, it again shows Locked = No. Is there a certain setting needed for this to maintain?

Along the same lines, is there a way to set the flags for "Pull In Enabled" to No and "Enforce Current Commit" to No, and have those settings maintained for sales orders through a plan run.
