Data Audit Export - Empty AuditRecords zip file

We are having an issue with the Data Audit Export when it produces multiple AuditRecord xlsx files. If the export fits in one xlsx file, it exports as expected. However, when exporting more records the zip file is empty. This used to work successfully and export multiple xlsx files to the zip file but in the last week or so we noticed that it is no longer working. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Trying to determine if it is a local issue on our end or a broader issue related to the application.
