Version 25B does not allow editing or deleting application icons

Summary:

I'm trying to edit a report link.

I've previously done so using the "HCM Experience Design Studio" tool, but yesterday when I tried to do it, it wouldn't let me do so.

In addition, it does not allow me to delete the current one so I can create a new one with a new link.

I need to know if it's because of the version that makes the change impossible, or if it's for some other reason.
