Table and column name in oracle fusion payables to derive the "Allow tax applicability" flag

I need the table and column name to derive the allow tax applicability flag.

The "Allow Tax Applicability" flag Appears Checked in the UI but Remains NULL in the Backend.

I checked the ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE table against the party ID of the supplier.

However, no matching information found.
