Is it possible to edit the display name of a URL attachment?

Summary:

When adding a URL attachment (at either the header or line level of a req), it does not appear to be possible to update the Display Name that will be shown for a URL. Is this intended or am I missing some setting to allow for this?

We would like to do this so we can name links in a way that is meaningful to the approver/buyer when viewing the requisition. I believe we could edit this prior to the transition to Redwood SSP. The fact that the field for Display Name exists implies that we should be able to edit it and not just have the actual URL display, so I thought I'd check.
