Candidates Unable to download attachments from their job offer letter

Summary:

We are currently experiencing an issue where some candidates are unable to download attachments that are provided to them along with their job offer letter. The attachments are loading as 'customer facing documents' when the offer letter is generated.

There is no error message being thrown. The candidates have reported that when they click the attachment, a new tab opens but the download for the attachment never initiates.

I have not been able to replicate the issue in our non-prod environments
