How to synchronize customer data with grants sponsor data?

Summary:

There is an issue with having to add sponsors one by one from the customer master data. is it possible to automatically synchronize between the customer master data to sponsor master data so the user doesn't have to synchronize customer master data into sponsor master data manually? This happen in grant management module
