Requirement to enable checklist or set of questions for Invoice Approvers before approval
Hello Oracle Community,
We are planning to turn on 2-way matching and moving away from 3-way matching. The business team like to make sure there is enough compliance by the approvers while approving the invoices. They are suggesting having certain checklist items or certain information to be provided by the approver before approving the AP Invoices.
Has anyone come across similar requirements?
We gave them the option of displaying all compliance-based checklist on email and In-App notification, but they like to have some actionable tasks while approving the invoice.
Any alternatives or suggestions are welcomed.
