Need to update the control level for award project budget in bulk

Summary:

The client has multiple interfacing systems. Also, for better management of funding, one funding is split into multiple awards which then fund multiple projects. Typically, if an interfacing transaction on procurement side fails, client wants to relax the budgetary control to advisory while they work on updating the budgets and completing budget transfers.

Therefore, Client is looking for a quicker and faster way to do it for multiple award budgets at the same time via an API.

We found an API "Update a planning option for a project budget version" but that seems to be relevant for non sponsored projects.
