Need assistance with an issue we are experiencing in the Spend Classification Using AI Assist within our Oracle Procurement environment.

We are observing consistently low confidence scores in the classification results when using data sets such as Requisitions and Purchase Orders, across multiple Business Units in the UAT and other lower environment.

Despite multiple attempts with different BU data sets, the issue persists and the results remain unreliable.
