HRs in the Need help? Contact Us section is not showing their names

in Human Capital Management

As you can see in the screenshot, one of the HRs' name is shown in the Need Help? Contact Us section, but for the others, it's not showing.

Upon checking, the "include in work contracts" button is enabled for these 3 HRs.

Please advise how to fix this.
