Costing of Departments in Redwood Submit button not working

Summary: After 25C, the costing of departments form changed to Redwood and our users are not able to SUBMIT any changes. The form opens and we are able to make changes easily. Search function works well with new layout. However, when the user tried to SUBMIT - the button doesn't engage. Regardless of doing an UPDATE or CORRECTION, the button to SUBMIT doesn't work. Has anyone else had this issue? Our only workaround is to go to Setup&Maint and navigate to the old form to update the segments for costing and we prefer to use the new Redwood form.
