Unable to update forecast period amounts using FBDI or ADFDI

Summary:

The initial project forecast was already created on a Project. We wanted to update the period amounts of the project without adjusting other amounts of other period via FBDI or ADFDI. For example, we have project forecast from January 2025 - December 2025. We wanted only to update the amounts of October 2025 - December 2025. We are trying to adjust it via FBDI and ADFDI, however the other period amounts January 2025 - September 2025 is also automatically adjusted.

Business is trying to update the period amounts of the project forecast without other amounts to be adjusted. For example, A project forecast that has a start date of January 2025 - December 2025. Business wanted to adjust the amounts of October 2025 - December 2025 only without the other periods (January 2025 - September 2025) getting auto adjusted. Is there a way via loader?
