Which Reporting Subject Area should be used to capture recruiter comments for a candidate?

We are looking to create a report that allows us to see comments from a recruiter regarding a candidate who may reject a manager interview during the conversation with a recruiter.

Currently, I am working on building a report using the Recruiting – Recruiting Real Time subject area and the fields/tables being used are Full Name from the candidate interaction table, Current Phase and Currently State from the Job Requisition – Progression table. I am looking to add the comments made by the recruiter to this report.

Steps:

Hiring > Candidate Search > Click Candidate Name > Activity > Click the appropriate requisition > Click the Ellipsis above the candidate’s name > move application
