What is the correct way to embed a URL in a nudge email message?

Hi,

We would like to set up an automated email notification to be sent to managers a few days prior to their direct reports' work anniversaries. To achieve this, we have configured a new nudge plan with the Human Resources Module as the nudge type and selected the reason Employee’s anniversary is approaching.

For the delivery method, we chose Email under Channel Type and selected User-defined content under Content. In the next step, we are trying to customize the message content. However, we have encountered difficulties with inserting a URL that links to an intranet page.
