ORC Job Requisition Approval Email Missing Details

Summary:

We have between three and five approvers in our job requisition workflow approval chains. Some of the approvers receive all of the details of the job requisition in the approval email, but others don't. The ones that don't see the details only see a list of the approvers of the job requisition and nothing more. Why can't some of the approvers see the details and how do I fix this so that they can? Do we think it's a permissions issue?
