Autocomplete rule to validate special characters in person name

Summary:

We have a requirement to validate special characters in person name.

Case1 : Known as and Name Information15 shouldn’t allow any special characters except standard Latin script: A–Z, a–z with special characters like Apostrophe (') and Hyphen (-) .

System should through an error if any of the below character added in name

Not acceptable letters : ÀÁÂÃÄÅÆÇĆČĐÈÉÊËĘĞÌÍÎÏİŁÑŃÒÓÔÕÖØŒŚŞÙÚÛÜŰÝŸZŽŹŻàáâãäåæçćčđèéêëęğìíî ï łñńòóôõöøœśşùúûüűýÿžźżłñńòóôõöøœśşùúûüűýÿžźż

Not acceptable Special Characters: ! # $ % &, * + / = ?^_ `{ | } ( ) ~ " < > @ [ ] \ : ;

Case2: First name, Last name, Middle name should allow following characters.

The acceptable uppercase letters are: A, À, Á, Â, Ã, Ä, Å, Æ, B, C, Ç, Ć, Č, D, Đ, E, È, É, Ê, Ë, Ę, F, G, Ğ, H, I, Ì, Í, Î, Ï, İ, J, K, L, Ł, M, N, Ñ, Ń, O, Ò, Ó, Ô, Õ, Ö, Ø, Œ, P, Q, R, S, Ś, Ş, ss (SS), T, U, Ù, Ú, Û, Ü, Ű, V, W, X, Y, Ý, Ÿ, Z, Ž, Ź, Ż and the acceptable lowercase letters are: a, à, á, â, ã, ä, å, æ, b, c, ç, ć, č, d, đ, e, è,
