How to limit Legal Employer drop down options Advance Formula VBS

Summary:

On the Create Job Requisition, Offer Info section we can choose the Legal Employer. However, it shows all the legal employers we have listed (even the ones we dont currently use yet.) We are only allowed to select one value - but there is an Advance Expression option. Has anyone used this yet and can share the formula they used?
