RSSP Price Error When adding Item to the Cart

Summary:

We're encountering the following error when attempting to add an item to the cart via Responsive Self Service Procurement (RSSP):

POR-2010313: LineNumber 2: Price is required. Specify a value for the field.

The same item works without any issue in Classic UI.

We've already verified the following:

  • The BPA is active and associated with the correct Supplier and Supplier Item.
  • The price is present and within effective dates.
  • The UOM on the BPA line matches the item being requested.

Could you please confirm if any additional privileges are required for the RSSP UI to correctly recognize and default the item price?
