Contact Info isn't displayed correctly

Hello everyone,

in the "Contact Info" -> "Address" section, after entering the "Postal Code, Town, Province" information,

if we try to delete the information entered in the "Province" field and re-enter it, all the previously filled fields become blank.

Is this the expected behavior? If not, how can we fix it?
