FPS EYU unable to exclude employees terminated prior to migration

Summary:

We are trying to submit an Earlier Year Update FPS (Full Payment Submission) to HMRC for employees who on Fusion for whom balance adjustments have been performed. This is erroring because the FPS is picking up employees who were Terminated on Oracle R12 prior to migration to Fusion:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The workaround proposed by Oracle (SR 4-0000852332) is to extract those employee numbers from the FPS Audit Report where on the output the '212 Monthly Period Number' value is blank/NULL, to concatenate those Person Numbers and include in the subquery section of the SQL in Code Snippet to generate an HDL file to update the PAYE Calculation Card with:
