Destination type is not getting defaulted from Transaction accounting rules

Destination type is not getting defaulted from Transaction accounting rules after Redwood SSP implementation, it is always getting defaulted from User preferences. in the classic version we have created our own transaction accounting rule and based on that requistion destination type was getting defaulted but the same is not happening in Redwood version and always getting defaulted from User preference
