Unable to view leavers/terminated employees contact details in Redwood contact info page

Some of the members in the team can no longer view Leavers Contact details in Contact Info Page. It appears to be an issue for colleagues that have already been terminated in Oracle as we can view current employees details.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Contact Info on Oracle > Enter employees name > select employee but then the page is blank. We also tried clicking on 'Include terminated employees, still it's not working.

We are not sure if its a Redwood related issue or a privilege issue as this was working fine before Redwood.
