Oracle Learning - Rename 'required' labels

Hello,

Our client wants to change the "required" mention on the mandatory fields on the learning module because the union finds this mention on training elements very problematic.

Modifying this label on the User Interface Text is dangerous because the number of occurrences of this word on the system gives a significant margin for error.

Have you encountered similar uses cases and do you have a workaround/customization to propose?
