How to customize quick actions launched from Manage Job Offers

Our organization has some DFFs that we do not want anyone to use yet - and are currently storing background data on them. We used the HCM Experience Design Studio to hide these fields from our quick actions (Transfer and Change Assignment), yet when we bring a transfer through ORC and it comes through the Manage Job Offers screen we are unable to hide the fields. I have confirmed that Transfer and Change assignment both have the DFFs in question listed as not visible, yet they continue to display when looking at the action through manual processing of
