Add Assignment: When changing Working Hours to 0, the FTE and Work Hours fields clear (Redwood)

Right now in the Classic version of Add Assignment, when changing the Working Hours to 0, the FTE calculates to 0. However in the Redwood version (may also be in other areas of Redwood, but have not tested), when changing Working Hours to 0, both Working Hours and FTE clears out and you have to enter 0 again in Working Hours.
