How to make the hiring team notified once a candidate apply on requestion

Summary:

Hello Team,

As titled, im thinking about configure new content library notification with category > Automated Hiring Team Notification and use is with the CSP in new phase

But i find in another post here mentioned 2 standard alerts configured for the same (IRC_JobApp_Review_HM & IRC_JobApp_Review_Recruiter)

Can i use this 2 alrets with the CSP or how they working ??
