Help Finding Training "Start Date" Field or Table in Oracle DB

We’re trying to report learner states as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and Past Due. Currently, we can only show Not Completed, Completed and Past Due reliably.

The challenge is identifying a true “start date” which in our company this means the moment a learner clicks/open a training, changing the state from Not Started to In Progress.

  • The status field in OTBI/Oracle is messy, with multiple values that don’t map cleanly.
  • Completion date and Due date are fine, but we can’t find a consistent “first launch” or “start date” field.
  • We’ve looked in Learning Assignments Records
