How to restrict Grade Visibility While Creating Job or position based on Legal Employer from HRAdmin

We have multiple legal employers, each assigned to a specific HR Representative. Currently, when an HR Representative from Legal Employer 1 creates a job, they are able to view grade details associated with Legal Employer 2. As per our business process, grades from other legal employers should not be visible. How can we restrict this access
