Error while trying to transfer an internal employee

Summary:

Hi,

We're facing the following error while trying to process an offer an internal employee Transfer:

"The offered salary wasn't copied because you're inserting between existing salaries and the salary basis in the offer differs from that of the existing salary. (CMP-1005826)"

There are no future dated salary records created for this employee. The only difference is the salary basis on the offer and the existing employee salary however if that is the cause for it, then anytime we want to process offer for an internal employee for whom the salary basis is also changing, we would always get an error while trying to process the offer.
