Update Correct Flag attribute in Learning Question Answer using REST API or HDL

We are trying to update the Correct Flag attribute for one of the responses in Learning Question Answer but it is not accepting any value.

We tried with the HDL (Question.dat) as well as REST API.

Is there any setup or access also required to update the same?
