Which feature is recommended to use for Vacation rule

in Human Capital Management

Hello Team,

I would like to seek your advice on which feature is recommended for setting up Vacation rules.In Fusion, there are two different interfaces available, each with distinct navigation and functionalities:

  1. The Delegate option within the Role & Delegate UI
  2. The BPM Vacation Rules, which resembles the classic setup
  3. Does Proc and Fin have a similar UI like HCM Role & Delegate UI ?

When a user is going to be away, which of these features is best suited for their needs?

Additionally, could you please share the pros and cons of each option, especially in terms of control, ease of support, and future maintenance?
