We would need some clarification on below points:

Duplicate File Names
We’ve noticed that users are able to upload multiple files with the same file name. Is this the intended behavior, or should there be a restriction to prevent duplicate file names?

Attachment Limits
Are there any constraints on the number of attachments allowed — such as the number of files, individual file size, or total upload size?. Currently we have uploaded 30 combinations of URL and files in attachment section

Supported File Types
Could you confirm which file formats are currently supported for upload (e.g., PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, etc.)? If a list exists, please share for our reference.
