Default Salary basis on Change Salary page based on Business unit, job, and grade

in Idea Lab – Visual Builder Studio

We have a requirement in our project where we want to default the salary basis based on the business unit, job, and grade selected. In VBS while building the conditions, we do have the option in field values for BU, Grade and Jobs:

The issue is, we don't have these fields while performing the transaction and we can not enable them through Regions and Fields:
