Default Legal Employer on Local and Global transfer

We have a requirement where the Legal Employer field should be auto-populated based on the position selected in the 'When & Why' section. The logic should derive the legal employer by identifying the position’s location and referencing the predefined location-to-legal employer mapping.

In VBS, when we check the Value column on the Legal Employer field, we are unable to default anything:

Is it possible to default LE on Local and Global transfer page using LE?
