Manager should not be able to submit more than 1 offcycle change salary transaction per employee

in Idea Lab – Visual Builder Studio

We have a requirement in our project where:

  • An Store manager must not be allowed to initiate or submit more than one off-cycle salary change transaction for the same employee within a rolling 90-day window.
  • The check must be made at the time of submission to prevent circumvention via draft creation or future-dated records.

Is it possible to achieve this using validations in the visual builder studio?
