Recruiting Manager Role Unable to Edit Rehire Candidates' NID

With Oracle 25C, users with the Recruiting Manager role can now view the National Identifier in the candidate profile using the “View External Candidate Sensitive Information” duty by selecting the eye icon. Although the “Manage External Candidate Sensitive Information” duty is already assigned to the role, this does not grant edit/update access.

According to the business line, this capability existed prior to Redwood but is no longer available post-implementation.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is NID editing for Recruiting Managers still supported for rehire candidates in Redwood?
2. Since NID for rehires resides in Core, should Recruiting Managers avoid updating it in the candidate profile within ORC? Instead HR Specialist role users should update it in Core?
