I am trying to understand the character limitations for flexfields in Recruiting. In the Customer Connect Portal I am finding different answers depending on where the flexfield is located. For this particular question we are adding them to the candidate application to support a custom integration, and I have read that is 150 characters but on the offer I saw an answer that the limit was 1000. I would like to know where I can find this information to confirm the limitations as well as to understand for any future changes.
