The submit button for Convert pending worker transaction does not produce any system actions.

We’re encountering a problem during the following navigation path: My Client Group → Pending Workers → Three Dots → Convert

After completing all required changes and entering the necessary information, we reach the "Need Help, Contact Us." page. Although the Submit button is visible, clicking it results in no action—the pending worker is neither converted nor does the page proceed further.

This issue is disrupting the daily operations. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
