Unable to restrict the job offers access based on Business Unit for Recruiters

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to restrict the job offers access based on Business Unit for Recruiters.

The Offers tab should display only the offers associated with the recruiter's assigned Business Units.

To achieve this, we’ve created a custom Person Security Profile with an Area of Responsibility (AOR) scope set to Business Unit (see attached screenshot)

This Person Security Profile has been attached to the data role 'IRC Recruiter - Offer BY BU' (see attached screenshot)

Attached is a screenshot showing the AOR (Business Unit) assigned to the user

However, when logging in as the user, we’re still seeing job offer data from multiple BU's—not just the BU assigned in the AOR. The Business Units highlighted in yellow are not assigned to the user and should
