transfer order demand not collected in plan inputs

Summary:

We have transfer orders from 2 different inventory org to our manufacturing org, but when we run collection, the transfer orders and transfer orders demand are not showing up. Same transfer orders are showing in View Item Supplies and Demands under Supply Chain Execution→Inventory, but not under Supply Chain Planning→Plan Inputs
