Summary: Are we able to delete unwanted Dimensions for Years, Scenario, Entity?

Years: From Implementation, we started approvals for years all the way back to 2008 but we only have data starting in 2017 (and really only have been importing data from data management starting in 2023). As such, 2008 to 2016 have no data. Are we able to delete these years with no system issue?

Scenario: We have 20 scenarios and want to delete 8 of them. The 8 scenarios have some data in them from 2023 to 2025 but we are ok with that data being lost and approvals history being lost. Are we able to delete the 8 scenarios without system issues?
