EPBCS Data Management - Dynamic Hierarchy Data Maps

Hi - In on-prem we used to have FDMEE - Dynamic Hierarchy Data Maps. please find the link below:

Do we know if this is possible in EPBCS Data management cloud.

we need a mapping such as if cost center is rolling up to a parent, then the entity will be mapped to a specific entity otherwise ignore.

Any help and guidance will be appreciated.
